Relationships

Men and Women think and feel very different.  Relationships may struggle even when communication is strong if partners are unable to understand one another.

How Can Counseling Help?

Our focus will be on understanding yourself and your partner. This may include why we are thinking what we are thinking, our motives, and our love languages. Couples will practice how to listen to understand, not just to respond,  and find the critical ways to validate their partner’s feelings.
